Sponsor status can be very tricky to verify. Read our FAQ for how we do this. There are two regions in the list below, each with a "status" column.

The Top region shows Active Sponsors — who are ripe current targets for your tweets, emails, phone calls, or other pressure efforts.
The Bottom region shows Former Sponsors — who are one of two subtypes. Those with a Former status are national advertisers—commercial or nonprofits—who have dropped their ads from the show. Those with an Avoiding status have asked Premiere Networks to avoid placing their ads on Rush's show (and others). In effect, whether profit, or non-profit, advertisers now realize that any association with this kind of partisan hate radio is a negative branding that want to avoiding.
Why we show more formers than others — some published accounts are excluding non-profits. We feel this is an unnecessary and wrong distinction. Unless you're Rush or ClearChannel, it should not matter whether someone pays for an ad or not. What matters is whether they advertise at all.
